Who we are

We develop, finance, build, own and operate.

Circon Energy LLC is a U.S.-based energy company led by people who have financed, built and operated power infrastructure. We develop, own and operate industrial facilities that take in waste and produce firm 24/7/365 baseload power, renewable fuels, and usable industrial and agricultural commodities.

We are not a technology licensor and we are not a consultancy. A licensor collects its fee whether or not the energy facility ever runs. A consultant collects its fee whether or not the advice proves out. We earn when a facility we own delivers results under contract — which puts us on the same side of the risk as our lenders and our customers.

What we will not do

Four commitments, stated plainly.

• We do not incinerate waste.

  Pyrolysis is a sealed, oxygen-free process, so no waste is burned. We start with 100% waste and leave less than 1% residual by weight.

• We do not displace recycling.

  We partner with recyclers to value the usable streams they produce.

• We do not replace local businesses.

  We contract with them, and provide capital to expand their economic development.

• We do not claim benefits we have not measured.

  Where a figure is a projection, we say so.
