The development chain

Before anything is built, it has to be structured.

A project this size is assembled on paper long before it is assembled on site. Legal, tax, audit, regulatory and communications work runs from first engagement through financial close, and the quality of it decides whether a project is bankable at all.

We carry these disciplines on the executive team and the board of advisors, and retain specialist firms in each jurisdiction where we operate.

LEG

Legal and contracting

Corporate structuring, long-term feedstock supply and offtake agreements, EPC contracts, land and site agreements, and the financing documents that sit beneath them.

The delivery chain

Every stage is built by a proven firm.

Our energy facility is four stages. Each one is delivered by a firm that has done it before, under engineering, procurement and construction oversight that spans the whole facility.

This is the single most effective answer to the question a technical reviewer will ask first: what happens if the technology does not work? Every major component is already in service somewhere else and under performance guarantees.

EPC

Design and Construction

Engineering, procurement and construction across all four stages of the facility design leverages modular standards, process feasibility, mass and energy balance, and operational flexibility to remove single-source dependence and single points of failure.

Research

Feedstock and co-products, validated independently.

Feedstock characterization and co-product validation are carried out with Texas A&M AgriLife Research, an engagement running since 2019, whose Bio Energy Testing and Analysis Laboratory is headed by Circon’s Chief Scientist.

Independent testing is what turns a specification into a result a counterparty can rely on.
