Biography

Bill advises Circon on carbon and commodity trading. He was previously Executive VP of Gas and Electric Software Markets for SunGard, now part of FIS, responsible for hundreds of global energy clients.

His work marketing proprietary trading software reached the largest pipeline operators across Europe, including Gaz de France, ENI and SNAM, and he assisted the Italian government with the privatization of Italy's natural gas sector.

Earlier, as Executive VP of Global Professional Services at Spherion, he developed custom trading applications accounting for 15% of all North American natural gas trades, and deployed the first electricity trading applications for deregulation in CAISO, ERCOT and PJM.
