Rebecca Bayless

Biography

Rebecca brings over 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including CFO, CAO and Controller roles across three private equity-backed start-up management teams — Prize Energy Company, Energy Resource Technology and Indigo Natural Resources — taking each to a liquidity exit through asset sale, IPO or merger.

She has also held accounting roles with Pioneer Natural Resources and Merit Energy Company.

She serves as an independent director for Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., chairs its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and sits on its Audit and Compensation Committees. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
