Frank Giacalone

Biography

Frank is responsible for the development and delivery of multi-product energy infrastructure across Circon, and serves as CEO of Circon Management, where he oversees project execution.

Alongside Circon he is co-founder of Net Zero, LLC, and Founder and CEO of Navasota Energy Solutions and the Navasota Energy family of companies, where he has guided the development, financing, ownership, operation and divestiture of more than 16 GW of conventional and renewable generation.

Previously Vice President of Development and Asset Management at NRG Energy, Frank developed and built the 645 MW Brazos Valley Energy Center, acquired the 550 MW Duke Energy Oklahoma City energy center, and led the expansion that formed the company's Southwest Region. His background spans more than $10 billion in acquisitions and divestitures across renewables, natural gas and electric power.
