Biography

Jason oversees the communication and execution of strategic initiatives across Circon's expanding global presence, aligning business development, corporate structure, capitalization, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and special projects with the company's objectives.

He co-founded Net Zero, LLC, a provider of solutions for achieving net-zero objectives.

Before joining Circon, Jason was a partner in a global law firm, a member of its private equity and M&A group, a member of the executive committee, and managing partner of its Houston office. He previously founded and led a multistate logistics company.
