Tim Brown, Esq.

Biography

Tim oversees the legal affairs of the company.

He was previously Senior Managing Counsel — International for Anadarko Petroleum, leading the legal team responsible for all international work associated with new ventures, exploration, development and production. Before Anadarko he was Senior Counsel, Litigation at ConocoPhillips, and in private practice with Locke Lord in Dallas and Hinkle Shanor in New Mexico.

Following law school he clerked for the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Tim is licensed to practice law in Texas, is a licensed customs broker, and is an Adjunct Professor of Law in International Transactions at South Texas College of Law Houston.
