Biography

Jon advises on economic development and government relations, drawing on his experience developing economic and electrical power infrastructure for the State of Texas.

As Executive Director of Economic Development and Tourism for the Office of the Governor of Texas, he helped create and manage one of the country's most active suites of economic development programs. As Resilience Program Director for the Lower Colorado River Authority he built the state's leading electrical generation and transmission resilience effort — during the 2021 ice storm, LCRA continued to provide power with minimal disruption while other large utilities failed.

He was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the state's COVID-19 Task Force to source and test new manufacturing processes to overcome global supply chain issues.
